Renewal of License

- (a) At least 2 months prior to the expiration date of a license issued under this chapter, the office of professional licensure and certification (OPLC) shall provide to each licensee a notice of the need to complete their renewal application.
(b) Any licensee wishing to renew a license shall submit:
- (1) The completed renewal application described in Pod 401.03 below;
- (2) The fee as specified in Plc 1002.40; and
- (3) Proof of completion of the continuing education requirements of Pod 402.
