Licensees and certificate holders shall:

1. (a) Always keep themselves informed about the state plumbing code and the administrative rules of the board;
2. (b) Obtain local permits and inspections as required;
3. (c) Cooperate with local code enforcement personnel;
4. (d) Give accurate and complete information when asked to do so as part of an investigation or hearing by any governmental entity; and
5. (e) Inform their customers or potential customers accurately about any reasonably foreseeable need for future services.
