A business entity shall be eligible for renewal of its plumbing license unless:

1. (a) The license is under suspension by the board, in which case it shall not be eligible until the suspension has ended;
2. (b) Its license to engage in plumbing has been revoked in New Hampshire or in another jurisdiction;
3. (c) The business entity has been convicted of a felony;

4. (d) The business entity has been the subject of a civil court judgment:

   1. (1) In the amount of $3000.00 or more, excluding interest; and
   2. (2) Based at least in part on liability for injury to, or death of, a person;
5. (e) The business entity has been the subject of 3 or more civil court judgments, each in the amount of $5000.00 or more, excluding interest;

6. (f) The business entity does not have a sole proprietor, corporate officer, managing member or partner, as applicable, who:

   1. (1) Is a master plumber currently licensed in New Hampshire; and
   2. (2) Accepts responsibility for the business entity's performing plumbing work in accordance with the state plumbing code or any more stringent local code; or

7. (g) The business entity has not:

   1. (1) Complied with the application procedures set forth in Plu 405.03;
   2. (2) Paid the renewal fee set forth in Plu 308.06 for the type of license being renewed; and
   3. (3) Paid any applicable late renewal fees specified by Plu 308.07.
