1. (a) Teachers of continuing education seminars shall be individuals who:

   1. (1) Have held a New Hampshire master plumber license for at least 2 consecutive years or a New Hampshire journeyman plumber license for at least 5 consecutive years;
   2. (2) Do not perform plumbing inspections on behalf of the board; and

   3. (3) Have received, during the calendar year in which he or she is teaching, no fewer than 3 hours of training:

      1. a. On the use of the ICC-produced materials on the New Hampshire plumbing code; and
      2. b. Given by a master plumber employed by, or contracted with, the board to provide such training.
2. (b) A master plumber who, as an employee of or contractor to the board, provides training for seminar teachers shall be credited by the board with having met his or her continuing education obligation.

3. (c) Seminar teachers shall be credited by the board with having met their continuing education obligation by:

   1. (1) Paying the fee stated in Plu 308.10(e); and
   2. (2) Attending the training for seminar teachers.
