Individual plumbers shall be eligible for renewal of their plumbing licenses if they:

1. (a) Are of good character, as evidenced by:

   1. (1) Their answers to questions on the licensure renewal application form; and
   2. (2) Any additional information provided on the request of the board;
2. (b) Have met the requirement for continuing education set forth in Plu 403;
3. (c) Have complied with the application procedures set forth in Plu 402.03;
4. (d) Have paid the renewal fee for the type of license being renewed as set forth in Plu 308.05(a); and
5. (e) If applicable, have paid any late renewal fees due under Plu 402.03(d).
