Reinstatement

Effective Oct 17, 2025#14387, eff 10-17-25, EXPIRES: 10-17-35Executive Director, Office of Professional Licensure and Certification

Any individual whose license has been revoked or whose application for license renewal was denied pursuant to Plc 908.02 who wishes to have the license reinstated shall do so in accordance with Plc 312.
