- (a) If an application for renewal is received after the expiration date of the license, the license shall be expired.
(b) A massage therapist whose license has expired shall not practice massage therapy in New Hampshire unless:
- (1) The license is reinstated in accordance with Plc 312, if within one year of expiration; or
- (2) A new license is applied for and received, if the expired license has lapsed.
