- (a) Each licensee shall have a copy of the licensee’s massage therapist license available for inspection upon request of a client, potential client, employer, potential employer, or inspector.
(b) Each licensee shall ensure that the licensee’s license number is included with the licensee’s name in:
- (1) Any display advertising, such as phone book, newspaper, or website advertising that identifies one or more specific licensees; and
- (2) On all business cards and pamphlets or other informational or educational material provided to clients or the public that identify one or more specific licensees.
