1. (a) The advisory board shall meet at the call of the advisory board chair or the executive director.
2. (b) Meetings of the advisory board shall be held at the OPLC’s offices in Concord, NH, or in such location as the executive director determines will be most convenient for the largest number of anticipated attendees.
3. (c) Notice of meetings shall be provided as required by RSA 91-A and RSA 310:5, VII.
4. (d) Records of the advisory board shall be maintained by the executive director as required by RSA 91-A.
