“Authorized emergency aid training organization” means:

1. (a) The American Heart Association, available at https://www.heart.org/;
2. (b) The American Red Cross, available at https://www.redcross.org;
3. (c) The National Safety Council, available at https://www.nsc.org;
4. (d) The Emergency Care & Safety Institute, available at https://www.ecsinstitute.org/; or

5. (e) Any other organization that offers a CPR or first aid course, as applicable, that meets or exceeds:

   1. (1) American Heart Association standards, for CPR certification; or
   2. (2) American Red Cross standards, for first aid certifications.
