Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to implement RSA 328-B relative to regulating the practice of massage therapy, by establishing requirements for:
(a) Obtaining and renewing a license to practice massage therapy; and
(b) The regulation of the practice of massage therapy, including establishing ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license.
