- (a) As required by RSA 327-A:14, registered ophthalmic dispensers shall complete a minimum of 8 continuing education credits during the 2 year period prior to each renewal of registration.
- (b) The credits shall be earned through any combination of live synchronous classes, whether attended remotely or in person, remote classes, or other online mechanisms.
- (c) Continuing education events approved by the ABO-NCLE shall qualify for continuing education credits without pre-approval by the executive director.
- (d) Events that are not approved by the ABO-NCLE shall be pre-approved by the executive director as described in Plc 804.04 to qualify for continuing education credits.
