- (a) An applicant for licensure who is on active military duty or who is a military spouse shall apply for licensure as provided in Plc 803.03, except that no application processing fee shall be required.
- (b) Each applicant who applies for facilitated licensing under this section shall be eligible to obtain a facilitated license if the applicant meets the qualifications for licensure summarized in Plc 803.01.
- (c) Any individual who obtains a facilitated license under this section shall comply with all license renewal requirements specified in Plc 805 if the individual wishes to continue to work as a ophthalmic dispenser in New Hampshire after the term of the initial registration.
