Withdrawal of Application for Initial Registration

(a) An applicant may withdraw the application for registration at any time prior to being notified of a decision under Plc 803.08, by proceeding in accordance with Plc 304.07.
(b) If the application is withdrawn, the application processing and licensing fee shall not be refunded.
