- (a) Only program agreements that are offered by approved providers shall be recognized by an applicable board as an acceptable vehicle for coordinating rehabilitation and monitoring services for a licensee for purposes of disciplinary orders or other agreements between an applicable board and a licensee.
- (b) Approval of a provider under Plc 503.03 shall not constitute approval of the appropriateness of a specific program agreement for any given licensee, which shall be determined by the approved provider based on the licensee’s specific circumstances.
