1. (a) Upon arriving at the regulated place of business to be inspected, the inspector shall present credentials that identify the inspector as an employee, representative, or official of the OPLC to the applicant or licensee and to the individual in charge of the regulated place of business if other than the applicant or licensee.
2. (b) The inspector shall provide the OPLC telephone number at the request of the applicant, licensee, or individual in charge of the regulated place of business if other than the applicant or licensee, for such person to call for verification of the inspector’s identity.
