For purposes of obtaining a license by endorsement to practice recreational therapy, as regulated by the executive director with the advisory board of recreational therapists, the current requirements of the licensing jurisdiction shall be as follows:

1. (a) Certification by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC).
