For purposes of obtaining a license by endorsement for a profession regulated by the board of psychologists, the current requirements of the licensing jurisdiction shall be as follows:

1. (a) For a psychologist:

   1. (1) A doctoral degree in psychology from a regionally-accredited educational institution or a program otherwise deemed equivalent by the licensing jurisdiction;
   2. (2) Pass a state-approved examination; and
   3. (3) Complete a minimum of 2,500 hours or 2 full-time years of supervised experience.
