For purposes of obtaining a license by endorsement to practice podiatry as regulated by the board of podiatry, the current requirements of the licensing jurisdiction shall be as follows:

1. (a) Graduate from an accredited college of podiatry or podiatric medicine; and
2. (b) Pass parts I, II, and III of the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners examination.
