H. Pharmacy Board. For purposes of obtaining a license by endorsement for a profession regulated by the N.H. pharmacy board, the current requirements of the licensing jurisdiction shall be as follows:

1. (a) For a pharmacist:

   1. (1) Either:

      1. a. A professional pharmacy baccalaureate degree or pharmacy doctor degree from a school of pharmacy, college of pharmacy, or pharmacy department of a university approved by the licensing jurisdiction, including programs accredited by the American Council on Pharmacy Education or the Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs; or
      2. b. For foreign graduates, completion of a foreign college of pharmacy program and full certification from the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC);
   2. (2) Pass the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy Licensure Examination (NAPLEX); and
   3. (3) Complete a state-approved internship; and
2. (b) For a certified pharmacy technician, hold certification from a nationally-recognized certifying organization, such as the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Healthcare Association (NHA).
