1. (a) For purposes of obtaining a license by endorsement to practice optometry as regulated by the board of registration in optometry, the current requirements of the licensing jurisdiction shall be as follows:

   1. (1) Graduate from a school or college of optometry that is accredited by the Accreditation Council on Optometric Education (ACOE) or its successor; and
   2. (2) Pass parts I, II, and III of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry examination or its successor agency.

2. (b) Individuals applying to be registered to practice optometry also shall:

   1. (1) Submit proof of adult, child, and infant CPR certification; and
   2. (2) Pass a New Hampshire jurisprudence exam.
