For purposes of obtaining a license by endorsement as a forester, as regulated by the board of licensing for foresters, the current requirements of the licensing jurisdiction shall be as follows:

1. (a) A minimum of 2-year degree in forestry or a field deemed related by the licensing jurisdiction; and
2. (b) A period of experience, which may vary in length based on the educational level.
