For purposes of obtaining an electrologist license by endorsement, as regulated by the executive director with the electrology advisory committee, the current requirements of the licensing jurisdiction shall be as follows:

1. (a) Graduate from a state-approved electrology education or training program; and
2. (b) Pass a state-approved competency examination for electrologists.
