For purposes of obtaining a license by endorsement for a profession regulated by the executive director with the advisory board of body art practitioners, the current requirements of the licensing jurisdiction shall be as follows:

1. (a) Complete an education, training, or apprenticeship program for body work approved by the licensing jurisdiction.
