1. (a) Except as provided in (b), below, any applicant who is seeking licensure by endorsement based on a license issued by a foreign jurisdiction shall submit with the application an evaluation of the applicant’s credentials by a member of:

   1. (1) The National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), available at https://www.naces.org/; or
   2. (2) The Association of International Credentials Evaluators (AICE), available at https://aice-eval.org/.
2. (b) Any applicant for a license by endorsement to practice physical therapy based on a license obtained in a foreign jurisdiction shall submit with the application an evaluation of the applicant’s credentials by the Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy (FCCPT), available at https://www.fccpt.org/.
