Commencement and Conduct of Disciplinary Proceedings

If the executive director determines that, based on the results of an investigation, there is a reasonable basis to proceed with a disciplinary proceeding, the licensee who was investigated shall be notified and an adjudicative proceeding shall be conducted as provided in RSA 541-A, Plc 200, and applicable law.
