N.H. Code Admin. R. Plc 2102.01
“Arbitration” means a procedure in which a dispute is submitted, by agreement of the parties, to a neutral or panel of neutrals who make(s) a decision on the dispute. The term includes “binding arbitration”, in which the parties are bound the decision, and “non-binding arbitration”, in which the parties are not bound by the decision.
