- (a) The standards in this part shall apply to each individual who applies to be certified under RSA 326-N or who is voluntarily certified under RSA 326-N.
- (b) Violations of these standards shall constitute unprofessional conduct that subjects the violator to disciplinary proceedings pursuant to Plc 311.
