Obtaining a Certification After Expiration, Lapse, Suspension, or Revocation

- (a) The procedures in Plc 312 shall govern how to obtain a certification after expiration, suspension, or revocation.
- (b) To obtain certification after the prior certification has lapsed, the former certificant shall apply for a new certification in accordance with Plc 2003.04.
