- (a) Each certificant shall comply with Plc 307.02 relative to required notifications, updates of contact information, and providing information on how complaints can be filed.
- (b) As required by RSA 326-N:4, a certified CHW shall conspicuously display the certification in the certificant’s principal place of business, provided that if the certificant provides services in places other than an office, the certificant shall carry a copy of the certification.
