1. (a) The rules in Plc 206 shall apply to any proceeding initiated by a board under:

   1. (1) RSA 310:10, to suspend, revoke, refuse to renew a license based on alleged misconduct, or impose administrative fines or other disciplinary sanctions or non-disciplinary remedial measures, or any combination thereof;
   2. (2) RSA 310:13, to impose a fine for unlicensed practice; or
   3. (3) RSA 310:11, to initiate and conduct a licensing proceeding.

2. (b) For purposes of this part, “reciprocal discipline hearing” means an adjudicative hearing conducted to determine:

   1. (1) Whether to impose sanctions, including suspension, revocation, refusal to renew based on alleged misconduct, and imposition of administrative fines, based on conduct for which a licensee has been disciplined in another jurisdiction; or

   2. (2) Whether to deny a license application based on:

      1. a. Conduct that resulted in another jurisdiction denying a license to an applicant; or
      2. b. Conduct for which a licensee has been disciplined in another jurisdiction.
