N.H. Code Admin. R. Plc 202.16
“Oral adjudicative hearing” means a trial-type hearing that is part of an adjudicative proceeding and is held at a specific time for the purpose of receiving live testimony from witnesses, together with any evidence and argument that is presented, regardless of whether all participants are at the hearing in person or not.
