“Filed electronically”, for other than applications for a license and related documents that can be filed using the on-line licensing portal, means a document was sent to the OPLC by:

1. (a) Using the electronic filing system available at https://onlineforms.nh.gov/ for those processes having forms at that portal; or
2. (b) If the contemplated filing is not covered by the electronic filing system identified in (a), above, or if that system is not available or if using it is not practicable for the person wishing to file, by sending an email with documents attached in portable document format (pdf) in accordance with Plc 203.02 or Plc 204.02, as applicable.
