Individuals who are subject to this chapter shall:

1. (a) Adhere to all applicable standards of the USPAP as defined in Plc 1802.38; and

2. (b) Be subject to:

   1. (1) The IAAO ethical standards dated July 2021 as adopted by the NHAAO, available at https://www.nhaao.org/governing-documents and as noted in Appendix B; and
   2. (2) Any NH-specific ethical standards adopted in rules pursuant to the procedures in RSA 541-A by the ASB.
