(a) The standards in this part shall apply to each individual who:
- (1) Applies to be certified under RSA 310-C;
- (2) Is certified under RSA 310-C; or
- (3) Holds an assessing professional certification from the DRA that was issued prior to the effective date of these rules and has not yet expired.
- (b) Violations of these standards shall constitute unprofessional conduct that subjects the violator to disciplinary proceedings pursuant to Plc 1809 and other applicable law.
