In lieu of the specific training required by Plc 1804.04, an individual shall have substantially-similar professional work experience that provides training and experience in the topics listed in Plc 1804.04(b), in a similar field such as real estate brokerage or real estate appraisals for non-assessing purposes, in any assessing jurisdiction that is within the definition of “another jurisdiction” in Plc 1802.03.
