1. (a) As provided in RSA 310-C:1, I, the advisory board shall advise the executive director regarding the implementation of RSA 310-C, including in particular by reviewing and commenting on proposed rules and proposed revisions to rules intended to implement RSA 310-C.
2. (b) If requested by the executive director based on a determination that the expertise of the advisory board members is needed, members of the advisory board shall sit as part of a panel for an adjudicative hearing conducted pursuant to applicable provisions in Plc 200 and RSA 541-A.
3. (c) If requested by the executive director based on a determination that the expertise of the advisory board members is needed, the advisory board shall assist with an investigation commenced pursuant to Plc 204 relative to complaints and investigations.
