“Qualified entity” means any of the following:

1. (a) International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO);
2. (b) American Society of Appraisers;
3. (c) American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers;
4. (d) Appraisal Institute;
5. (e) International Right of Way Association;
6. (f) National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers;
7. (g) Lincoln Institute;
8. (h) New Hampshire Association of Assessing Officials (NHAAO);
9. (i) New Hampshire real estate appraisal board;
10. (j) The DRA;
11. (k) The Northeastern Regional Association of Assessing Officers (NRAAO); or
12. (l) Any entity approved to provide continuing education for assessing professionals by the executive director in consultation with the advisory board.
