(a) Each registrant shall:
- (1) Notify the licensing bureau within 10 working days when a change of name occurs; and
- (2) Update the OPLC’s records within 10 working days when a change of contact information occurs.
- (b) Each registrant shall know, and have available in the registrant’s office or other place of business, information regarding how complaints can be filed with the OPLC.
- (c) Each registrant shall inform the licensing bureau within 10 working days of any of the circumstances identified in Plc 307.02(c).
