Purpose

Effective May 6, 2024#13914, eff 5-6-24Executive Director, Office of Professional Licensure and Certification

The purpose of this chapter is to implement RSA 326-M relative to nurse agency registration, by establishing requirements for:

(a) Registering with the office of professional licensure and certification (OPLC) as a nurse agency; and
(b) Renewing a nurse agency registration.
