“License” means “license” as defined in RSA 541-A:1, VIII, namely “the whole or part of any agency permit, certificate, approval, registration, charter or similar form of permission required by law.” For purposes of providing information on professional activities in other jurisdictions, the term includes license, certificate, registration, or any other form of approval required to practice respiratory care in that jurisdiction.
