Applicability

(a) The standards in this part shall apply to each individual who applies to be licensed under RSA 326-J or who is licensed under RSA 326-J.
(b) Violations of these standards shall constitute unprofessional conduct that subjects the violator to disciplinary proceedings pursuant to Plc 1409.
