To be eligible for renewal of a license to practice recreational therapy, an individual shall:

1. (a) As required by RSA 326-J:6, I:

   1. (1) Have not violated RSA 326-J or rules adopted to implement RSA 326-J or demonstrated poor moral character; and
   2. (2) Meet the continuing competency requirements specified in Plc 1406;
2. (b) As required by Plc 1406.03, maintain NCTRC certification; and
3. (c) Meet the eligibility for renewal criteria specified in Plc 308.02.
