Advisory Board Address and Contact Information

(a) The advisory board’s offices shall be at the OPLC offices, located as provided in Plc 103.03.
(b) All correspondence with the advisory board shall be addressed as specified in Plc 103.03(d).
(c) The telephone number of the advisory board shall be the number specified in Plc 103.03(e).
