The executive director shall select appropriate sanction(s):

1. (a) From the list in Plc 1311.04; and

2. (b) By choosing, in light of the characteristics or lack of characteristics determined pursuant to Plc 1311.06(b), the sanction(s) most likely to:

   1. (1) Protect public health and safety;
   2. (2) Prevent future misconduct by the respondent;
   3. (3) Take into account any acknowledgement of fault by the respondent and any cooperation by the respondent with the investigation of misconduct;
   4. (4) Correct any attitudinal, educational, or other deficiencies that contributed to the misconduct;
   5. (5) Encourage the responsible practice of the regulated MIRT profession; and
   6. (6) Demonstrate to the respondent, other licensees in the regulated MIRT profession, and the public the executive director’s intent to ensure that licensees in a regulated MIRT profession practice in accordance with applicable law to support and protect public safety and welfare.
