Each person to whom these standards apply also shall:

1. (a) Comply with RSA 328-J, Plc 307.04 as effective May 1, 2023, as reprinted in Appendix F, and Plc 1300;
2. (b) Comply with any disciplinary or remedial orders issued by the executive director within the time periods specified;
3. (c) Interact with colleagues and clients with honesty and integrity;
4. (d) Not misrepresent professional qualifications or credentials;
5. (e) Cooperate with lawful investigations by the OPLC, and be candid and truthful when providing information;
6. (f) Be candid and truthful when making oral and written statements about medical imaging to the public;
7. (g) Treat all individuals with whom the person interacts in a professional capacity with respect and civility;

8. (h) Maintain sexual boundaries by:

   1. (1) Refraining from any behavior that exploits the practitioner-patient relationship in a sexual way; and
   2. (2) Avoiding any behavior that is sexual or sexually demeaning, or that could be reasonably interpreted as such, even when initiated by or consented to by a patient or a colleague;
9. (i) Not engage in hazing or sexual, verbal, or physical harassment of any individual when interacting in a professional capacity; and
10. (j) Not discriminate based on age, sex, gender identity, race, creed, color, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, or national origin.
