1. (a) Each renewal license to practice a regulated MIRT profession issued by the OPLC shall specify:

   1. (1) The name of the licensee;
   2. (2) The effective dates of the license;
   3. (3) The license number; and
   4. (4) The regulated MIRT profession the licensee is authorized to practice.

2. (b) Renewal licenses shall:

   1. (1) Expire 2 years from the date the license was issued unless a timely and complete renewal application is filed or the license is sooner suspended or revoked pursuant to Plc 1311; and
   2. (2) Be subject to renewal biennially.
