Obligations of Temporary Licensees

The holder of a temporary license shall:

(a) Comply with Plc 1308.03 relative to required notifications and Plc 1308.05 relative to posting of licenses; and
(b) Be subject to the ethical and professional standards identified in Plc 1310 and the disciplinary procedures and sanctions identified in Plc 1311.
