1. (a) Each initial license issued under this chapter shall specify:

   1. (1) The name of the licensee;
   2. (2) The effective date of the license;
   3. (3) The license number; and
   4. (4) The regulated MIRT profession in which the licensee is licensed.

2. (b) An initial license shall:

   1. (1) Expire 2 years from the date on which the license was issued unless a timely and complete renewal application is filed or the license is sooner suspended or revoked in accordance with Plc 1311; and
   2. (2) Be subject to renewal.
