The records of the board of medical imaging and radiation therapy that existed prior to July 26, 2022, the effective date of Laws of 2022, ch. 104, shall be:

1. (a) Retained by the executive director in accordance with the retention schedule established pursuant RSA 310:4, II(e) and available in the frequently asked questions (FAQ) section of the OPLC website at https://www.oplc.nh.gov; and
2. (b) Available for public review as provided in Plc 100.
